George M. Jabbour, 74, of Forks Twp., PA, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 in St. Luke's Hospital, Anderson Campus.
George was born in Kfarsghab, Lebanon, a son of the late Antonios and Yvette (Farhat) Jabbour.
George was married to Saideh Jabbour for 34 years. He was a graduate of Notre Dame High School, class of 1966; and received his Bachelor's Degree from Robert Morris University. He loved spoiling his grandchildren.
He was a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, in Easton.
In addition to his wife, George is survived by a son Antonios Jabbour and wife Jessy of Easton; brother Michael Jabbour and wife Marijo of Easton, brother Anthony Jabbour of Easton; sisters-in-laws Suzana Farhat and husband Frank of Easton, Joumana Melhem of Easton; grandchildren George and Joseph Jabbour, and many nieces and nephews. He was loved dearly by extended family in Lebanon and Australia. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother Jabbour Jabbour and a brother-in-law Joseph Melhem.
A Divine Liturgy will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 11:00 am in Our Lady of Lebanon Catholic Church, 4 th & Ferry Streets, Easton. Calling hours will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in George's memory may be made to donate a Mass to Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, 54 South 4 th Street, Easton, PA 18042. Online condolences may be offered at www.morellofuneralhome.com.
