George T. Luchento, 67, of Easton, PA, passed away on August 5, 2016 in his home.

George was born in Jersey City, NJ, a son of Natale Luchento, and the late Carmella (Baratta) Luchento.

George was married to the former Alice Danow, and celebrated 48 years of marriage last January 27. He received his Masters Degree from Seton Hall, NJ, and also attended Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. George was a Vice President of Information Technology for National Starch and Chemical Co., before retiring in 2009. He enjoyed playing Racquetball, dealing cards at the Casino, gambling, loved living in Costa Rica, and enjoyed traveling with his wife, family and friends.

In addition to his wife, George is survived by a daughter Janet Reaser and husband Andrew of Nazareth; brothers Thomas Luchento and wife Carol, Michael Luchento and wife Cheryl; and a granddaughter Allison DeNise.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh Streets, Easton, PA. Interment will be in Easton Heights Cemetery.
