George R. Houser, 90, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 in St. Lukes VNA Hospice House.

George was born in Easton, PA, a son of the late Harry and Ada (Ruch) Houser.

He was married to the former Angelina H. Sottosanti before her passing in 1973. George served in the US Navy aboard the USS Cincinnati during World War II. He later joined the Merchant Marines. He was a Supervisor for Weller Electric for over 20 years.

George was survived by a son George Wes Houser of Easton; daughters Patricia L. Suttle of Appomattox, VA, Concetta Connie Miklai of Bethlehem, PA; a sister Dorothy Love of Nazareth; grandchildren Michele Shelly King and husband Leon, Chad Suttle; great-grandchildren Colton, Carrie, Casey, and Zachary. He is also survived by his long time love Julie Agentis. In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by a brother Harry Houser, and a great-grandchild Julian Suttle.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Prayer Service will be held on Monday at 7:00 pm in the funeral home.
