Geraldine Marie Beyer, 69, of Bethlehem Twp. passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at her home with her wife and family by her side, after a long courageous battle with cancer.  Born on February 5, 1955 in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of Cecelia (Cignarella) Beyer and the late Charles Beyer. She graduated from Our Lady of the Valley High School in 1973 and earned her Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University and subsequently earned her Master's Degree from University of Maryland. Following college, Geraldine enlisted in the United States Navy and served for eight years as a Transplantation Technician.

She was employed as the Vice President of Business Development in the clinical trial field for over thirty years.  She loved spending time in the Outer Banks making memories with her family at the beach. She enjoyed exploring and traveling around the world with her wife. Geri's pride and joy were her nieces and nephews to whom she was fondly known as Aunt Magi.  Her family and friends will always remember her for her strong will, and giving heart.

In addition to her mother, Geraldine is survived by her loving wife of 43 years, Melissa Maret; sisters, Susan Smith and husband, David of Nazareth, PA; Patricia Lucas of Tinton Falls, NJ; brothers, Charles Beyer and wife, Lauren Strollo of Springfield, NJ; Bill Beyer and wife, Krista of Poolesville, MD; and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm at the funeral home followed by military honors.
