Name: Geraldine Deanie Boulous, 95 of Easton passed away Tuesday March 22, 2011 in Manor Care, Palmer. Born: She was born on November 9, 1915 in Easton a daughter of the late George and Mary Karam Burkot. Personal: Deanie was preceded in death by her husband Joseph in 1975. She was employed as a sorter for the former Easton Dress Co. retiring in 1980. Memberships: She was a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church in Easton. She also was a member of the St. Theresa Sodality, church choir and volunteered for many years with the Churchs annual Lebanese Heritage Days Celebration and weekly bingo. Survivors: Deanie is survived by her daughters Teresa Canone of Bethlehem Twp, Mary Ann Marion and husband Nicholas of Bethlehem Twp; grandchildren Regina Canone, George, Nicholas Jr., and Joseph Marion; great grandchildren George, Sydney, Michael, Noah Marion and many nieces and nephews in Lebanon, Australia and the US. A grandchild Elliot Canone, sisters Genevieve Burkot, Selma Rizk and brothers Barket, Raymond, Louis and Sidney all preceded Geraldine in death. Services: Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 6:00pm until 8:00pm with Prayer of the Incense at 7:30pm in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). An additional calling hour will be held on Friday from 8:15am until 9:15am in the funeral home. A Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00am in the church, 4th and Ferry Streets in Easton. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp.
