Name: Gregory Evan Burns, 17 of Forks Twp. passed away Tuesday April 19, 2011 in his home. Born: He was born on November 9, 1993 in Flemington, NJ a son of Pamela M. Sutliff of Forks Twp. and the late Richard J. Burns who passed in 2003. Personal: Greg was attending Easton Area High School. He was recently awarded a green belt in Tae Kwon Do. He was an active volunteer with Safe Harbor for the last 4 years. He enjoyed bicycling, swimming, his iPod, rap music and especially the Phillies. He walked dogs for his spending money. Memberships: He was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith. Survivors: In addition to his mother, Greg is survived by his half-brothers Richard G. Burns of Irvine, CA, Gary M. Burns of Costa Mesa, CA and Lawrence C. Burns of Moore Twp., PA as well as their respective wives, Stephanie, Maggie and Maria Burns and 4 nephews, Stephen, Jonathan, Anthony and Michael Burns. He is also survived by his Uncle Scott Sutliff and wife Tracy Flynn and cousin Gillian Sutliff of Brooklyn, NY. Greg is preceded in death by his grandmother Joan Sutliff in September of 2010. He will be missed by many but most notably by special friends Ken Brader, Yvonne Andrews and the Smestad family who cared so much for him. Services: Calling hours will be held on Monday from 9:00am until 11:00am in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. A memorial service will be held on Monday at 11:00am in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
