Gwen DeFrank, 90, of Bethlehem Twp. passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023. Born on February 25, 1933 in Milford, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Laurel (Tigar) Glenn. She graduated from Phillipsburg High School in 1950. Gwen was a clerical worker for several companies, including a pencil factory, Express Times, and WGPA TV station where she met her future husband, Anthony DeFrank. Together, they shared 57 years of marriage before his passing in 2014.

Gwen was an avid reader and enjoyed a variety of books, biographies, murder mysteries and romance novels. Her favorite outings included breakfast at The Palace or lunch at Brunos every Tuesday with her friends.

Gwen is survived by her son, Thomas DeFrank of Bethlehem Twp.; daughter, Barbara DeFrank of Highland Hills, CO; sister, Elinor Cregar of Hampton, NJ; and grandson, Erik DeFrank.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am followed by a funeral service at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.)
