Habouk "Boots" Patrick Shumar, 69, of Easton, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018 at St. Luke's Hospital – Anderson Campus.  He was the husband of Maria S. (Relvas) Shumar.

Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Sheb M. and Mary C. (Cully) Shumar, Sr.

Boots was a proprietor of Downtown Amusement and Boomerang Beverage. He was a member of several social and civic clubs in the Easton area. He was a graduate of Notre Dame Green Pond High School class of 1966 where he played on the basketball team for four years. He was a dedicated member of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church in Easton.

In addition to his wife, Boots is survived by three sons, Sheb M. Shumar, III and wife Emily, John Z. Shumar and Tara Richards, and Michael J. Relvas and wife Michele; two granddaughters Hannah and Jillian. He is also survived by a sister Charlotte Assise and a brother Sheb "Bink" M. Shumar, Jr.

The family will be receiving friends and relatives Monday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the church hall of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, 4th and Ferry Street, Easton, PA.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in in Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, 4th and Ferry Street, Easton, PA.  A Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the church. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp.
