Harry A. Wigder, 77, of Easton, PA, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020 in his home.

Harry was born in Pittsburgh, PA, a son of the late Nathan and Ruth (Seigel) Wigder.

Harry was married to the former Sandra A. Spadoni, with whom he celebrated 21 years of marriage last March. He was a graduate of Cherry Hill High School, class of 1961. After high school, he served in the US Marine Corps., and later attended University of Pittsburgh, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education in 1969; and later received his Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University in 1986. Harry was a Parole Officer for 15 years at Pennsylvania State Probation and Parole; and retired in 2004 as a Staff Development Specialist, receiving Parole Officer of the Year in 1982. After Retirement, he started his own business "Action Fighting Arts" from 2004 until 2018. He volunteered for the Crisis Intervention Suicide Hotline. Harry was an active runner, enjoyed golf, and lifting weights. He was a published author of seven books on self defense and bullying. He taught self-defense courses for women and children at Northampton Community College.

In addition to his wife, Harry is survived by his daughters Shana L. Albert and husband Douglas of Slatington, Rachel A. Goldstein and husband Josh of Pennsburg; a step-daughter Tracy Medellin of Easton; a brother Mark Wigder and wife Carol of Dallas, TX; eleven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp).
