HDuRenda Ballard, 64, of Palmer Twp. passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2023. Born on October 28, 1958 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of Jesse M. Carter Sr. and the late Thelma (Ballard) Carter. She worked for Home Depot in Easton, PA.

With Home Depot, she also volunteered to help build and paint homes, apartments, and schools. She was a very altruistic person who would help anyone in need. During her leisure time, she enjoyed listening to her favorite artists, Diana Ross and Smokey Robinson.

Along with her father, HDuRenda is survived by her loving children, DaRon Carter, Durrell Carter, Takia Williams; grandchildren, Durrell, Elijah, Kevin, Deandre, Donovan, Sameir, Lauren, Jillianna, Lucas Ahmad; sister, Nicole Carter; brothers, Jason and Jesse M. Carter, Jr.

In addition to her mother, HDuRenda was preceded in death by her aunt, Henny Staley.
