Born: Helen was born on May 16, 1921 in Hackettstown, NJ, a daughter of the late Frank and Elsie Ida Deremer Langen. Personal: Helen worked for Easton Laundry for many years and most recently as a sewing machine operator for the former Fredwell Co., retiring in 1977. Memberships: Helen was a member of Our Lady of Mercies Church, Easton, PA, Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 1290 in Easton, and Franklin Hose Co., in Easton. Survivors: Helen is survived by her son Arlington Werkheiser, Jr. of Easton, PA., and 20 nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Arlington Werkheiser, Sr. Services: A calling hour will be held on Thursday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA 18045 (Palmer Twp.) followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Bernards Oratory, 135 South 5th Street, Easton, PA 18042.
