Jacquelynn A. Sirianni-Henn, 74, of Forks Twp., passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025 at St. Luke's Hospital-Anderson campus. Born on January 5, 1951 in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Maurice and Claire (Baumiester) Croizier.

Jacquelynn worked as a nurse for many nursing homes throughout her career. She worked for Good Shephard Rehab before retiring. She enjoyed being outside and tending to her growing garden. When she wasn't outside, she could be found in her kitchen, cooking or baking for her family. In her down time, Jacquelynn loved to play the piano, read or watch movies. She was an animal lover who adored her two dogs and two cats.

She is survived by her children, James Greener; Jennifer Hahn; Gina Kor and her husband, Ryan; Jonathan Hahn and his wife, Andrea; Anthony Sirianni; grandchildren, Jack, Jonah, Julian, Giavanna, Ava, Jonathan, Jr., and Francesca; sisters, Gloria Heisey; Carol Lilly and her husband, Walter; Donna Croizier-Walck; Judy Kozlowski and her husband, Johnny; brothers, Jean-Claude Croizier; and Michael Croizier and his wife, Bonnie.
