Name: James J. Brown, age 82, of Palmer Twp. passed away on Friday, December 28, 2012 in St. Lukes VNA Hospice House. Born: He was born in Staten Island, NY, a son of the late Robert and Mary (Keating) Brown. Personal: After graduating from Villanova, James served his country in the US Marine Corps as a first lieutenant. Following his military career, he became an airline pilot with US Air. James and his wife Donna celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last September. Memberships: James was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Easton Pa Survivors: In addition to his wife Donna, James is survived by sons, William Brown of Weymouth Ma and James Brown Jr. of Brooklyn, NY; sister, Rosemarie Kessig of Staten Island, NY In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his brothers, Robert, Thomas, Edward and a sister Joan Kirby. Services: Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 4th, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00pm and Saturday, January 5th, 2013 from 9:15 to 10:15am in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00am in Trinity Episcopal Church, 234 Spring Garden St. Easton Pa by Rev. Canon Andrew T. Gerns. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
