James M. Fowler, 76, of Bethlehem, PA, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at St. Luke's Hospital Anderson Campus. He died peacefully after spending the day with his family and falling asleep while watching the Phillies with his wife by his side.
He was born in Maple Shade, NJ, a son of the late Cornelius and Dorothy (Westwood) Fowler.
Jim was married to Lois (Ambrosino) Fowler, with whom he celebrated 50 years of marriage last June. He was a graduate of St. Joseph University where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 1972. He was a Production Planner for Hoechst Roussel Pharmaceuticals in Bridgewater, NJ, until retiring in 1999.
Jim was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. He was a dedicated family man who spent his days drinking lattes and gardening with his wife, and keeping up with the lives of his three daughters and four granddaughters.
In addition to his wife, Jim is survived by his daughters Jeanne Kuchta and husband Rusty of Lower Macungie Twp., Cheryl Cox and husband Daryl of Grasonville, MD, Amy Fowler of Easton; grandchildren Molly, Maddy, Cameron, and Sydney.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with an additional calling hour on Thursday, June 3, 2021 from 8:15 am to 9:15 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00 am in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 1817 1 st Street, Bethlehem, PA. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp.
