James A. Tomaino, 61, of Bath, PA, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest.

James was born in Easton, PA, a son of Joyce M. (Sandt) Tomaino and the late Marsilo A. Tomaino.

James was married to the former Mary C. Dellatore for 33 years on September 14. He was a graduate of Easton Area High School, class of 1974, and received his Associates in Computer Science from Northampton Community College in 1976. He worked in the IT Department for Air Products, for 28 years, until retiring in 2017.

James was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Bath, and was a member of St. Anthony's Holy Name Society. He volunteered as a counter at St. Anthony's for many years, dinner dances, Bishop's Appeal, and festivals; and taught CCD at Sacred Heart Church. James was a lifetime and loyal fan of New York Yankees and Green Bay Packers. He coached baseball and was commissioner for Moore Twp. Athletic Association, and also helped coach basketball and soccer.

In addition to his wife and mother, James is survived by a son Salvatore M. Tomaino, at home; his sisters Marie T. Altemose of Moore Twp., Marcia A. Mowad of Forks Twp.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with an additional calling hour on Thursday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.), followed by a Funeral Service at 12:30 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Williams Twp.
