Jarma L. Chambers, 56, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018 in St. Luke's Anderson.

Jarma was born in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, a daughter of the late Stafford and Hyacinth (Gabbidon) Bent.

Jarma was married to Hugh A. Chambers with whom she celebrated 18 years of marriage last March. She was a graduate of Newell High School, class of 1979. Jarma was a Supervisor in finances for Sands Casino. She enjoyed shopping and traveling.

In addition to her husband, Jarma is survived by her children: Yaneak Phillips, Nathan Phillips, Hugh-Ann Chambers, Hugh-Jay Chambers, Alison Phillips, and Krystelann Phillips, all of Easton; grandchildren Jazalyne Phillips, Kayleena Phillips, and Auriella Pusey; eight sisters and brothers. She is preceded in death by a sister and a brother.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2018 from12:00 pm to 2:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.), followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp.
