Jennie A. Dollinger, 88, of Easton, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023 in Gracedale Nursing Home. Born in Wilson, PA, on November 4, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Nicola and Anna (Orsetti) Santucci. Jennie shared 57 years of marriage with Richard Dollinger before his passing in 2020.

After graduating from Easton Area High School, Jennie worked for many years as a cashier for Pantry Pride. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church. Jennie enjoyed playing bingo and card games. She loved to do the Express Times crossword puzzle every morning. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and being able to cook for them.

Jennie is survived by her son, Robert Dollinger and his wife, Heather of Nazareth; a daughter, Denise Sweitzer and her husband, David of Tatamy; grandchildren, Jenna Sweitzer and her companion, Dale Maxfield, Michael Sweitzer and his wife, Camille. She was looking forward to the birth of her first great grandchild in November.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Anne Spragle.

Calling hours will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton (Palmer Twp.). Funeral services will be at 11:00 am in the funeral home followed by interment at Northampton Memorial Shrine.
