Jennie Valerio-Elmo, 90, of Williams Twp., PA, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2016 in Abington Manor.

Jennie was born in Phillipsburg, NJ, a daughter of the late Calogero and Carmella (Leonardo) Boscia.

Jennie is preceded in death by her first husband, Ignazio Valerio who passed in 1979, and her second husband Sam Elmo who passed in 2010. She was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1943. She was a sales clerk for Sigals Department Store, London Shop, and lastly Lennys clothing store and Reiningers Jewelers, before retiring in 2000. Jennie and her husband Sam enjoyed dancing together at many of the local clubs in the Easton area, playing bingo and going to the local casinos.

She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, and the Golden Age Club.

Jennie is survived by a son Victor Valerio and wife Marie of Lakeland, FL; a daughter Staci Pugliese of Palmer Twp.; three step children John Elmo, of Cary NC, Anthony Elmo, of Palmer Twp., and Pauline Coughlin, of Palmer twp; grandchildren Holly, Michael, a great-grandchild Isabela; several step grandchildren, and also nieces and nephews. In addition to her first and second husbands, she is preceded in death by her brothers Angelo, Philip, Joseph Babe, John and Salvatore Tootie Boscia.

A calling hour will be held on Monday from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A funeral service will be held on Monday at 1:30 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Anthonys Cemetery, Williams Twp.
