Jenny A. Fosbrook, 50, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2014 in Easton Hospital. Born: Jenny was born in Carbondale, PA, a daughter of Angelo Mazza of Carbondale, PA, and the late Rita (Cost) Mazza. Personal: Jenny and her husband, Darryl Fosbrook, celebrated 28 years of marriage last November 9th. She was a florist for several different florists over the years. Jenny volunteered for NJ Flower & Garden Show, and volunteered for VNA Somerset and Morris County, NJ. She enjoyed construction and home improvement projects. Memberships: Jenny was a member of St. Judes Catholic Church in Budd Lake, NJ, the NJ State Florist Association, Trustee of FTD District 2C, and a FFA Judge. Survivors: In addition to her husband, Jenny is survived by a sister Clara Irizarry and her husband Michael of Peckville, PA; a brother Charles Mazza and his wife Lisa of Jessup, PA; nieces Taryn, Andrea, Marisa; and a great-niece Sophie. Services: Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and also Wednesday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a funeral service at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
