Jenny Pettit, 93, of West Easton passed away at St. Luke's Anderson Campus on June 29, 2024. Jenny was born on August 9, 1930 in Pittston, PA.  She was the youngest of seven children born to Joseph and Frances (Borino) Puccio. Jenny was married to Charles M. Pettit for 55 years until his passing in June 2010. Jenny was a 1948 graduate of Easton High School and worked in Downtown Easton for Industrial Development until her retirement in early 1995.

She is survived by daughter, Amy Lindgren; son, Charles J. Pettit and his wife Karen; three granddaughters, Elizabeth Unangst and husband Dan; Jennifer Pettit; Erin Pettit and fiancée Tim Galley; 6 great-grandchildren, Hayleigh Grove, Hunter Grove, Charlie Unangst, Connor Unangst, Patience Young, and Charlotte Unangst.

Jenny was preceded in death by her sisters, Stella Wilson; Lucy Saninito; Angie Dickey; Josie Sanguinito; two brothers, Charles Puccio; Joseph Puccio; and son-in-law Bobby Lindgren.

Jenny was an avid bowler and played cards every Friday night with her card club. She enjoyed going out to breakfast with her nieces and friends from 5th Street.  Jenny also volunteered at Mercy School for Special Learning which gave her such joy. Jenny was also a member of Saint Bernard's Catholic Church.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a funeral service at 12:00 pm.  Interment will take place at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Williams Twp. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jenny's name to Mercy School for Special Learning, 830 S. Woodward Street, Allentown, PA 18103.
