Joan E. Wilcox, 69, of Bethlehem, PA passed away on December 3, 2025 at Hackettstown Hospital. Born on May 3, 1956 in South Plainfield, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Barbara (Veal) and Edgar Riddle, Jr.

She graduated from Easton Area High School in 1974 and was employed as a driver clerk for Conrail Railroad until her retirement in 2020. Joan and her loving husband, Eugene Wilcox shared 26 years of marriage. Together, they traveled North America. They visited Las Vegas, trying their luck at the casino or catching a show. They explored the sights of Canada, Hawaii, and Mexico.

In addition to her husband, Eugene, Joan is survived by her brother, David Riddle of South Plainfield, NJ.
