Joanne B. Ciccarelli, 86, of Forks Twp., PA, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 in Gracedale Nursing Home.

She was born in Easton, PA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Gerstner) Brasso.

Joanne was married to Louis E. Ciccarelli with whom she shared two adoring daughters.

She was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1952, where she was ranked third in her graduating class and was an orchestra member. Joanne was a secretary for Kressler, Wolff & Miller and a business owner alongside her husband. She then continued her career as a secretary in the Easton Area School District, where Louis was the Business Manager. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, where she volunteered for decades as the organist.

Joanne was a piano prodigy. Even as her dementia increased, she never lost her ability to play the piano and took requests from the residents and staff of Gracedale's 3 ^rd and 9 ^th floors. She did not need sheet music to entertain.

Joanne's passion in life was always having a positive attitude. She never complained. Her favorite saying was "I am FUN-tastic!" She loved to give hugs. She always assured her family and friends that she loved them the "mostest, mostest, moistest!"

Joanne was an avid Palmer Park Mall "walker" and made many friends during her twice daily exercise routine.

In addition to her husband, Joanne is survived by her daughters Jacquelyne A. Crowell and husband David of Forks Twp., LuAnne M. Gallin and husband Jeffrey of Palmer Twp.; grandchildren Casey A. Smith and husband Ryan, David S. Crowell, Colin J. Crowell, Sarah A. Gallin, Elena E. Gallin; a step-grandchild Michelle Crowell Fossum; and great-grandchildren Rhett L. Smith and Ridge R. Smith.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, services and interment will be private. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp).
