John J. "Abie" Boulos John J."Abie" Boulos, age 74, of Palmer Twp. passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at St. Luke's Hospital Anderson Campus. Born : John was born in Easton, PA a son the late Merhej and Anna (Koury) Sassine Boulos. Personal: John is survived by his wife the former Joyce L. Koehler whom he met in 1964 and with whom he celebrated 44 years of marriage on September 28th. John was a graduate of Easton Catholic High School's last class in 1957. He served as class President all four years. After High School, He worked at the Easton Express newspaper in the Advertising Department for over 20 years.He served in the United States Army. Memberships : John was a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church and the Holy Name Society. He was also a member of the Post-Polio Support Group of the Lehigh Valley. Survivors : In addition to his wife, John is survived by sons; John A. Boulos and his fiance Lori Gercie of Palmer Twp. and Michael G. Boulos of Palmer Twp; sisters Rose Symia of Palmer Twp. and Chames Warner of Forks Twp. John is preceded in death by his sister Georgette Ciambrone and brother George Boulos. Services: Calling hours will be held Wednesday, 6-8pm in Morello Funeral Home Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Easton PA 18045 (Palmer Twp) with Prayer of Incense at 7:30pm. An additional calling hour will be held Thursday 8:15-9:15am in the funeral home. A Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 10am in Our Lady of Lebanon Catholic Church, 4th and Ferry Streets, Easton, PA. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.
