John Donald Gorman, Jr. of Bethlehem, PA, 73, has gone to meet his Lord.

Born in Bethlehem, PA, he was the son of the late John D. Gorman, Sr., and Margaret Gorman.

John is a graduate of Notre Dame High School, class of 1966; received his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, class of 1975, after serving four years in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He was employed as a Consultant for such companies as RCA, Xerox, and Kraft Food industries. He was an avid fan of music, playing the piano, something he shared with his mother as music instructor. His love for music carried over into his High School activities of School choir and being always casted in the High School Musicals.

John was a Faith-filled individual who attended of St. Simon and Jude's Church in Bethlehem, and was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church.

He was also a member of the Wrestling and Track Teams. He had a passion for the game of Chess, card games, and computer/technology, in which he loved building computers.

John is survived by his son Sean Joseph Gorman of Palmer Twp.; his daughter Corinne Gorman of Bethlehem, PA; a brother James Gorman, Esquire of Laguna Woods, CA; and Barbara Jo Amato Gorman. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his aunt Dorothy Meighan, with whom he resided until her passing.

A gathering will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp), followed by a funeral service at 7:00 pm in the funeral home, conducted by St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church. Interment will be at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery, VA.
