John T. LoPiccolo, 63, of Palmer Twp. passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025 surrounded by family at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg. Born on March 23, 1962 in Manhattan, he was the son of the late Vincent and Thomasina (Viola) LoPiccolo.
He grew up wrestling and playing football for Jackson Memorial High School in Jackson, NJ and went on to earn his Bachelor's of Science from Quinnipiac University. John worked as a pharmaceutical consultant for several companies and co-owned JTL Consulting Services.
In 1983 John met the love of his life, Linda, and after getting married September of 1989 in New Jersey, had four children. Together, they brought their family on adventures, moving to Georgia and Ohio, before settling down in Pennsylvania. He was very active in his children's lives as they grew, always the loudest voice in the crowd cheering them on at sports events and award ceremonies. John enjoyed nights on the deck with his family and beloved dogs, playing games and telling stories. He especially looked forward to his family's next trip to Carolina Beach, North Carolina. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the New York Mets and Miami Dolphins. In his free time, he enjoyed listening to live music with his wife, playing table tennis, and reading Sci-Fi and historical novels.
John was a magnet for communication, always finding someone to talk to everywhere he went. His ability to make connections with strangers was always something his family poked fun at yet was one of their favorite qualities about him. At any party you know you could find him singing a karaoke duet, busting a move, or cracking a joke.
John was a proud Sicilian, always finding a way to incorporate the traditions of his childhood into raising his family. During the holidays, he spearheaded the preparation of the Feast of the Seven Fishes. In October 2024, John, with his wife, went on an unforgettable trip all around Italy and reconnected with family in Palermo, Sicily.
John is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Linda (McKnight) LoPiccolo; children, Thomas, Cassandra, Cristeina, and Julianna LoPiccolo; a brother and three sisters; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
