John A. Moschak, 74, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020 in Genesis Healthcare - Lehigh Center Nursing Home, Macungie.
John was born in New Brunswick, NJ, a son of the late Alex and Mary Moschak.
John was married to the former Sandra L. Yenchik, with whom he celebrated 43 years of marriage last April. He was a graduate of Manville High School in New Jersey. He served in the US Marine Corps in the Presidential Squadron for four years in Quantico, VA. John was head mechanic and parts manager for Apgar for 39 years, until retirement in 1962.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Sandra; daughters Chrissy Bleacher and husband Alan of New Hope, Janet Modernel and husband Hector of Colorado; step-sons Joseph Lukac and wife Sharon of Manville, NJ, Michael L. Lukac of Easton; a step-daughter Wendy C. Riga and husband Matt of Somerset, NJ; a brother Alex Moschak and wife Kathleen of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren Amy Lukac, Bailey Lukac, Paige Lukac, Timothy Lukac, Skylar Lukac, Daniel Riga, Bethany Riga, Amanda Modernel, Dylan Modernel, and Hailey Modernel, Holly Kasternakis.
A calling hour will be held on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00p.m. in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be offered at www.morellofuneralhome.com.
