John J. Stout, of Palm Springs, FL, formally of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 20, 2021.

He was a son of the late Sarah and John Stout.

John was a 1950 graduate of St. Philip & St. James School in Phillipsburg, NJ; and served in the US Army from 1953-1955. After that, he was employed by Jersey Central Power & Light.

John is survived by his friend Pat; his sister Margaret Zingales and husband Anthony; a niece and a nephew; a step-son Michael Schimpf. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a wife Eleanor Stout; and a brother Joseph P. Stout.

Graveside services will be held on Monday July 12, 2021 at 1:00 pm in Sand Hill Cemetery, East Stroudsburg, PA.
