Johnny Tkach, 79, of Easton, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023 at St. Luke's Hospital, Easton. Born in New York he was a son of the late Michael and Palin (Korsacova) Tkach. He graduated from high school in Passaic New Jersey. Johnny worked as a limo driver for Boston Coach, he was a salesman for Bergen Industrial where he would eventually meet his wife. He later worked for Penn State Bethlehem campus as a shuttle driver for foreign exchange students driving them back to there dorms after class. He greatly enjoyed his time there with the students until he retired a few years ago.
Johnny attended Forks Community Church. He like to watch the news and keep up current events globally as well as in his community. He enjoyed watching the show Battlebots with his son. For 28 years, Johnny helped with the Macy's Day Parade and the Macy's 4 th of July Fireworks, something he was very proud to be a part of.
He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Faith (Worflar) Tkach; sons, Michael Storms of Basking Ridge, NJ; Richard Tkach and his wife Shawnee of Parsippany, NJ; Joel Bradbury of Paterson, NJ; grandchildren, Kaleigh Tkach, Skylar Storms, Samantha Tkach, Patrick, Tkach, Ameila Storms, and Hazel Storms; and a sister, Helene Greene and her husband Fred, Hobe Sound, FL.
