Josephine Angelina Markow, 91, of Naples, FL, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016 in Naples Community Hospital.

Josephine was born in Easton, PA, a daughter of the late Ignazio and Genueffa (Franchina) Saccomando.

Josephine was married to Harry G. Markow, with whom she celebrated 70 years of marriage last May 20. She was a self-employed hairdresser for Jo Markow Beauty Salon in Easton. She enjoyed bowling, playing pinochle and most of all spending time with her loving family.

Josephine was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, and St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, in Naples, FL. She had been a member and served as a past president of both Bona Fides Club, and of St. Frances Cabrini Society.

In addition to her husband, Josephine is survived by her sons Dr. Harry G. Markow Jr., and wife Diane of Newtown, PA, Ignazio Iggy J. Markow and wife Heidi of Williams Twp.; a daughter Genevieve Mueller of Guyton, GA; a sister Antoinette Dugan and husband Eric of Palmer Twp.; ten grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with an additional calling hour on Monday from 8:15 am to 9:15 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh Streets, Easton, PA.
