Josephine "Josie" Tita, 66, of Palmer Township, passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her loving family, on December 13, 2019.

Born In Milan, Italy, she was a daughter of the late Vincenzo and Maria Billone.

Josie was a graduate of Easton Area High School, class of 1972. She previously worked at Lafayette Bank and Antonio's Pizzeria and Ice Cream of Palmer Township. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. She most recently attended Slate Belt Church.

Josie was a loving wife to Louis J. Tita, Jr. for 45 years. She loved spending time with her family, and was a dedicated mother and grandmother.

In addition to her husband, Josie is survived by her two children: MaryLou, wife of Michael Kuzio, and Louis J. Tita, III, husband of Heather; five grandchildren: Michael and Autumn-Rose Kuzio, and Lorenzo, Angelina, and Bianca Tita; and her sister Graziella Calantoni of Palmer Township. She was preceded in death by her brother, Giuseppe Billone.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, December 17 ^th , from 6:00-8:00 PM at Morello Funeral Home, 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA 18045. Additional calling hours will be held on Wednesday, December 18 ^th from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the funeral home. A service will be held at 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hays Cemetery, in Easton.
