Josephine Jo Zoccola, 83, of Forks Twp. PA, passed away in her home on Saturday, February 09, 2013. Born: Jo was born in Warren, NJ, a daughter of the late Gennarino and Anna (Preziosi) Del Vecchio. Personal: Jo celebrated 63 years of marriage with her husband James this past October. She was a 1947 graduate of Washington High School and later attended the former Churchmans Business School of Easton. She was employed for many years by the Easton Area School District in the cafeteria services department where she managed cafeteria services at Easton Area Middle School for many years. Jo also volunteered for Meals on Wheels, Safe Harbor and Easton Hospital for several years. Memberships: Jo was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church 9th and Lehigh St. in Easton. Survivors: In addition to her husband, Jo is also survived by her sons; James T. of Wilkes-Barre, PA, Jerry E. and wife Darlene of Williams Twp. PA, David A. and wife Cathy of Lititz, PA and Michael A. of Sykesville,MD; daughters, Joanie Newman and husband Roger of Tryon NC and Sally Jo Dutkus and husband Stanley of Branchville NJ; Sister, Helen Gruver of Phillipsburg NJ. Jo is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Jo is preceded in death by a sister Lydia Herleman. Services: A Mass of Christian burial will held Saturday at 10AM in St. Anthonys of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh streets, Easton Pa. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
