Joshua D. Fulmer, 39, of Easton, PA, was taken far too early Thursday, September 17, 2020 in his home.

Joshua was born on September 18, 1980 in Easton, a son of Douglas Ray Fulmer and step-mother Sandy Fulmer, and Deborah Mary (Presto) Graves and step-father Richard.

Josh was married to the former Emily Curran, with whom he celebrated 3 years of marriage last June 24 ^th . He was a graduate of Notre Dame High School before attending his beloved Penn State University. He then graduated from the New England School of Law and has been a practicing attorney since 2007 specializing in criminal defense. He was a long-time partner of attorney Phil Lauer before establishing his own practice. Josh dedicated his life to ensuring justice for all and served as the Chairman of the Criminal Rules Committee of the Northampton County Bar Association as well as a member of the Board of Governors. In addition, he was passionate about volunteering his time for the Holiday Hope Chest and Law Day. Josh was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. He was also a member of the Northampton Bar Association, Penn State Alumni Association, the Penn State Varsity S Club, and was a Cystic Fibrosis 40 Under 40 honoree. On any given fall Saturday, you could find him in State College rooting for the Nittany Lions where he was always guaranteed to be the loudest fan. Josh made his family a priority and it guided every decision in his life. He was a loving husband, supportive father and a dedicated advocate for those without a voice.

In addition to his wife and parents, Josh is survived by his son Oliver, 2, and one on the way due in April; countless nieces, nephews, and cousins that all adored him. He is preceded in death by a brother Luke.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.), followed by a funeral service at 8:00 pm in the funeral home.
