Name: Donald Farole, Jr., 42, of Richmond Hills, NY, passed away on Tuesday, May 31st in Washington, DC. Born: Donald was born on May 15, 1969 in Wilson Boro, a son of Cathleen (Hueffmeyer) Farole, and the late Donald Farole, Sr. Personal: Donald was a statistician for the U.S. Department of Justice. He previously worked as an associate professor of Political Science at University of North Carolina, Greensboro. He was a graduate of Notre Dame High school, class of 1987. He received a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Penn State in 1991, and his PHD in Political Science from Indiana University in 1996. He was an avid long distance and marathon runner. Survivors: In addition to his mother, Donald is survived by his wife Olga Farole; a son Nicholas Farole, who resides at home; sisters Kristen Farole of Washington, DC, Laura McBrearty of Allentown, PA; brothers Thomas and Stephen Farole, both of Washington, DC. Services: Graveside services will be held on Monday at 12:00 noon in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp., PA.
