Name: Leo T. Leonard, Jr., 70, of Palmer Twp., passed away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, February 23rd, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg. Born: Leo was born on December 21, 1940 in Bound Brook, NJ, a son of the late Leo and Iva Biefeldt Leonard, Sr. Personal: Leo worked as a maintenance technician for Nitta Casings in Somerville, NJ, retiring in 2006. He enjoyed fishing, the New York Giants and Mets, Notre Dame Football, and cooking. He and his wife the former Patricia Hoffman, celebrated 37 years of marriage on June 30. Survivors: In addition to his wife, Leo is survived by sons John J. Carroll of Jamison, PA, Michael F. Carroll of Bloomsbury, NJ, Leo T. Leonard III of Florida; daughters Denise M. Neff of Washington NJ, Jeanine Villano of South Bound Brook, NJ, Susan L. Carroll of Levittown, PA, Joy Connell of Auburn Indiana, Kimberly Morabito of NJ; sisters Patricia Haas of Oakhurst, NJ, Ann Bendler of Bound Brook, NJ, sister-in-law Janet Hoffman of Palmer Twp.; grandchildren Deborah, Rebecca, Melissa, Jeffrey, Michael, Hannah, Austin, Jessica, Holly, Grace; great-grandchildren Francesca, Anthony. He is preceded in death by a brother Jack Leonard. Services: Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and also 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.).
