Charles Phillip Oehler, Jr, 76, of Forks Twp., PA, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017 in Pocono Lake, PA.

Charles was born in Easton, PA, a son of the late Charles Phillip Oehler, Sr., and Marie Ann (Bartek) Oehler.

Charles was married to the former Jacqueline Amato with whom he celebrated 51 years of marriage last May 8. He was a graduate of Wilson High School, class of 1959, and served in the US Navy. Charles was an Electrician for JT Baker Chemical in Phillipsburg, NJ for over 40 years. He enjoyed football, hunting, fishing, the outdoors, and spending time at the cabin.

He was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, and the American Legion.

In addition to his wife, Charles is survived by a son Charles P. Oehler and wife Vickie of Brodheadsville; a daughter Dina Oehler Fusco of Palmer Twp.; a sister Dolores Austin and husband Edward of Easton; a grandchild Caden Fusco, and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with an additional calling hour on Friday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:30 am in Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 132 South 5th Street, Easton, PA.
