John Francis Paretti, Jr. 68, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away suddenly on Friday June 6, 2014. He was an amazing husband, father, and grandfather. Born: John was born in Queens, New York, a son to the late John Paretti, Sr. and Brida (Keating) Paretti. Personal: John was a graduate of Newtown High School, in Queens, NY class of 1964. John joined the United States Marines in 1965 and was honorably discharged in 1971. He worked for 40 years at New York life Insurance Company as a telecommunication supervisor, and retired in September of 2008. Membership: John was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church in Palmer Twp., PA. Survivors: John is survived by his loving wife, Gloria, of 40 years; 3 daughters: Jeanine Kamel and her husband Sherif, of Downingtown, PA; Lisa Burke and her husband Jeff, of Collegeville, PA; and Laura Kuykendall and her husband Jonathan, of North Catasauqua, PA; 4 grandchildren: Landon, Aiden, Adalyn, and Rhys; a brother, William Paretti and his wife Teresa, of Middle Village, NY; a sister Virginia Burgholzer and her husband Robert, of Trumbull, CT. Services: Calling hours will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Morello Funeral Home Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 13, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church, 4049 Hartley Ave., Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.)
