Name. Earl S. Young, Jr., 75, of Easton, PA passed away Monday June 22, 2009 in the VNA Hospice House of St. Lukes, Bethlehem, PA. Born: He was born on September 30, 1933 in Easton, PA and remained a lifelong resident. He was the son of the late Earl Young Sr. and the late Irene Woeppel Young. Personal: Earl was married to Frances (Cline) Young having celebrated their 52 wedding anniversary this past December 1. He was employed by the Easton School District as a custodian for many years before retiring on May 7, 1999. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also had a passion for tying his own flies which he used for fly fishing. Memberships: He was a member of St. Janes De Chantel Catholic Church, Palmer Twp., PA Survivors: In addition to his wife, Earl is survived by a son, Guy Young husband of Wendy of Wilson Boro, PA,; a brother Edward of Miami Beach FL; grandchildren Krista Klass, Christopher Young, Zachary Young, Breanna Young, and a great grandson, Kyler Klass. He was pre-deceased by two sons, Earl Young III and Brian Young, a sister Irene Starniri, and a brother Robert Young. Services: A calling hour will be held in the Morello Funeral Home Inc. 3720 Nicholas Street, Palmer Twp. on Wednesday June 24, 2009 from 9:00am until 10:00am. Services will be held at the funeral home at 10:00am followed by interment at the Northampton Memorial Shrine.
