Karen Anne Harrington, 69, of Palmer Township, passed away on December 10, 2025 at St. Lukes Hospital Anderson Campus. Born on May 2, 1956 in Flemington, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Peggy Joyce (Langston) and Peter Thomas Johnson.

She was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse at a local medical practice, and later as a cashier at Giant Grocery Store in Quakertown. Karen was also a member of the Palmer Fire House.

Karen is survived by her daughters, Jessica Alpaugh of Kill Devil Hills, NC, and Rebecca Preskenis and her husband William of Bedford, TX; sisters, Michele Stem of Easton, PA and Andrea Sue Tariela of Holdon, MA; brother Peter T Johnson of Westtown, NY,  and twin brother Kenneth A. Johnson of Austin, TX; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her son Joshua Alpaugh, and brother James N. Johnson.
