Karen Wasielewski, 65, of Palmer Twp. passed away on September 10, 2023 in her home surrounded by family. Born in Queens, NY on June 7, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Joan (Carrol) Wiertz. She graduated from Levittown Public School in New York, class of 1976.

She was a devout Catholic, belonging to St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. Karen enjoyed gardening and walking the beach. Her most treasured time was spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Karen is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Deacon Kevin Wasielewski; sons, Eric Wasielewski and his wife, Jessica; Shawn Wasielewski and his wife, Valerie; daughter Melissa Wasielewski and her fiancé, Robert Wierzbicki; brothers, Keith Wiertz and his wife, Kathy; Robert Wiertz and his wife, Trisha; grandchildren, Louis, Brooks; Preston; and Jacob.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 10:30 am in St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) Interment will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp.
