Karen Ann (Shaffer) White, 53, of Bethlehem, PA, formerly of Phillipsburg, NJ, Jacksonville, FL and Bloomsbury, NJ passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill.

Karen was born in Livingston, NJ, a daughter of the late Paul R. and Carol Ann M. (Grover) Shaffer.

Karen was a graduate of North Hunterton High School, class of 1985; and Katharine Gibbs School in Piscataway NJ, class of 1986. She was a bartender for Applebee's in Phillipsburg, NJ for over ten years and was a server for Copperhead Grille in Center Valley.

Karen is survived by a daughter Kaille White of Bethlehem; a sister Doreen Shaffer of Easton; and a brother Paul R. Shaffer, Jr. of Clearwater, FL.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 26, 2020 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). Due to COVID-19, we still need to practice social distancing, therefore, we will be limiting visitation to 25 rotating people at a time in the funeral home.  Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
