Kathleen Nigrone

Kathleen Ann “Kathy” (Piazza) Nigrone, 88, of Williams Twp., PA passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at Alexandria Manor. Born on May 2, 1938 in Erie, PA, she was the daughter of the late Larry and Helen (Viosky) Piazza.

Kathleen was the wife of the late Salvatore Nigrone who passed away in 2010.

She graduated from Wilson High School and Churchman’s Business College. She was always happy and full of fun. She enjoyed playing cards, going out to eat or to the casinos with family and friends. Kathy was a very loving mother and a great friend. She always had a great smile, warm hugs, and kisses for her family and friends. She was a great cook and baker. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Kathy is survived by her granddaughter, Brianna Nigrone-Souza and her husband, Jose Luis Souza de Assis Neto and daughter-in-law, Beth Nigrone.

In addition to her parents and husband, Kathy was predeceased by her daughter, Cheryl Ann Nigrone; sons, Timothy and Gregory Nigrone.
