Laura Susan Riehl, 79, of Wilson Borough passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at Renaissance Home Forks. Born on February 17, 1945 in Easton, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Ruth (Stone) Hodge. Laura graduated from Wilson Area High School.

She loved to display her creative side through crafts and gardening. Laura would seek to find a good book and buy them by the bagful from yard sales. She enjoyed the companionship of her dogs but her most favorite moments were spent with her grandchildren.

Laura is survived by her sons, Donald Riehl, Jr. and wife, Stefanie of Stockertown; Kevin Riehl and wife, Karen of Forks Twp.; Timothy Riehl and wife, Jessica of Hellertown; sister, Judy Groller of Nazareth; brother, William Hodge and wife, Joyce of Tatamy; grandchildren, Ethan, Tanner, Logan, Benjamin, Sophia, Ava, and Liam.

In addition to her parents, Laura was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Donald Riehl, Sr and sister Roberta Lennert.

A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by interment at Easton Heights Cemetery. Online condolences may be offered at www.morellofuneralhome.com
