Name: Lauren Naomi Bush, 58 of Easton, PA passed away Wednesday April 8, 2009 in her home. Born: She was born on April 29, 1950 in Troy, New York. She was the loving wife of Alan Bush. They celebrated 34 years of marriage. She was the daughter of Robert W. and Dorothy June (Shama) Stevens of Bartonsville, PA Personal: She was employed as an administrator for the Allentown Housing Authority until 1976. Lauren was a graduate of Mohonasen High School Class of 1968 and a graduate of East Stroudsburg University where she received her Bachelors in Dietetics and Nutrition. Memberships: She was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church in Palmer Twp. Lauren was also a member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She was a devoted team mom for the Notre Dame, Palmer and Easton YMCA swim teams. Survivors: In addition to her husband she is survived by a son Ian of Easton, Pa; sisters Susan Schlossberg of New York, Kristine Savona of Maryland, Melissa Vesce of Bartonsville, PA and brothers Ward Stevens of Perkasie, PA and Robert C. Stevens of Massachusetts. Services: Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, April 13 at 10AM in St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church 4049 Hartley Ave, Palmer Twp., PA. Calling Hours will be private. Interment will be in Forks Cemetery, Forks Twp., PA.
