Leanne Y. Flanagan, 84, passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, peacefully in her home. Born in St. Andre, New Brunswick, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Cyrice and Laure (Poitras) Godbout. After high school graduation, she earned her Associate's Degree from Teachers' College in Frederickton, New Brunswick. She taught home economics at Grand Falls High School in New Brunswick until she married Thomas "Tom" Flanagan and emigrated to the United States in 1961.

During her 61 years of marriage to Tom, they raised three children, became grandparents, and great grandparents. Leanne enjoyed reading, painting, and playing cards in her retirement years. Her talents of cooking, playing the piano, and singing will be missed by her family.

In addition to her husband, Tom, Leanne is survived by her son, Padraig Flanagan and his wife, Susan of Phillipsburg, NJ; daughters, Chantal Flanagan of Carlsbad, CA, Nicole Flanagan of Clayton, CA; grandchildren, Jack, Alex, Roisin, Cormac, Timothy, Caitlin, Casey, Kelly; and great grandchild, Rylan.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a funeral service. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
