Lillian Bond Frankett of Bethlehem Township, age 94, passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2026. Lillian was born on May 17, 1932 in Pottsville, PA. She was the daughter of the late Herbert and Hannah Whitebred Bond.

She is survived by her three daughters, Linda Mastruzzo, Kim and Dave Burgess, and Sandra and Steven Thomas; her seven grandchildren, Joseph Mastruzzo and his wife Kasey, Carrie Mastruzzo and Tyler Antonini, Taylor Burgess and Noah Ludwig, Mason Burgess and fiancée Kate Baron, Nate and Jen Burgess, and Dean, Alex and Leah Thomas; her great-grandchildren, Finn, Salem, and Vivienne; her brother Herbert William Bond and his companion Jeani. She is also survived by her extended family, Carl B. Gold and wife Nancy, Jayne Gaughran and her husband Edward; grandchildren, Christie, Pamela, Patrick, and Matthew and seven great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Francis Frankett in 1978; her companion, Carl Gold in 2015; and her sister, Nancy Seigfried in 2017.

Lillian graduated from Liberty High School, Bethlehem PA in 1949. She was a secretary in the Office of the Superintendent of Schools Bethlehem. Later, she worked for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation as a secretary to the Credit Manager. She worked for Dr. Edward Spoll and Easton Area Family Medicine where she retired in 2013. She was a member of New Creation United Church of Christ in Palmer Township. Prior to that she was a member of Memorial United Church of Christ where she taught Sunday School.

Lillian loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren very much. She could talk to anybody for hours, and loved spending quality time with the people she cared about. She always saw the best in people, and could always light up a room with all of the love in her heart. She also enjoyed listening to channel 6ABC too loudly and posting accidental photos of her forehead to Snapchat.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) An additional calling hour will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at the funeral home followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Bethlehem Memorial Park, 1851 Linden St, Bethlehem, PA. Memorial contributions may be made in Lillian’s name to New Creation United Church of Christ, 3730 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA 18045. Online condolences may be offered at www.morellofuneralhome.com
