Lillian Isaac Symia, 79, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2014 in her home in the presence of her family and friends. Born: Lillian was born in Easton, PA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine (Canone) Isaac. Personal: Lillian was married to Leonard Symia before his passing several years ago. She was a graduate of Easton Catholic High School, class of 1953. She was a seamstress in the local garment industry for many years. Memberships: Lillian was a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, St. Theresa Sodality, and Lebanese American Womens Association. Survivors: Lillian is survived by a sister Rita Colver of Palmer Twp.; a brother Dr. Elias Isaac and wife Mary of Allentown; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a son Elias Symia; and a brother Wakeem Ike Isaac. Services: Calling hours will be held on Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Prayer of the Incense at 7:30 pm, an addition calling hour will be held on Saturday from 7:45 am to 8:45 am, all in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a Divine Liturgy at 9:30 am in Our Lady of Lebanon Catholic Church, 4th & Ferry Streets, Easton, PA. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp.
