Louise A. Panzarino, 92, of Palmer Twp., formerly of Bronx, NY, and Saylorsburg, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Louise was born in Wulfershausen, Germany, a daughter of the late Egid and Mary (Wirsing) Gernert.

Louise was married to her loving husband Angelo Panzarino who passed in 2000. Louise was a dedicated homemaker for her family. When her children were old enough to leave the home Louise went to work as a Clerk for New York Bus Service for 14 years. She enjoyed gardening, painting, drawing, knitting, crafts and playing cards.

Louise was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church, in Brodheadsville, PA. She was also a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.

Louise is survived by daughters Susan Riccio and her husband Tom, of Ridgefield Park, NJ, Ann Palumbo, of Forks Twp., Laura Gallo, of Seal Beach, CA, Mary Panzarino Torres and her husband Peter, of Sutter Creek, CA., a son Michael Panzarino and his wife Carol, of Wingdale, NY, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a sister Augusta Georgea.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Morello Funeral Home Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). A Mass of Christina Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. in St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church, Hartley Ave, Easton (Palmer Twp.) PA. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
