Name: Lydia P. Potenti, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother, passed peacefully on March 13, 2009 in Salisbury, NC. Born: She was born on March 9, 1914 in St. Louis, MO a former resident of both Easton and Phillipsburg. Survivors: Mrs. Potenti was a five generation matriarch. She was predeceased by her husband, John P. Potenti and a son John P. Potenti, Jr. Mrs. Potenti is survived by her daughters Joan Hutchison formerly of Easton and now residing in Salisbury, NC and Pat Bechtel of Palmer Township. Mrs. Potenti was the loving Nana to grandchildren Patricia (Hutchison) Kobylus and her husband Leonard, James Hutchison and his wife Teresa, Kim (Potenti) Emison and her husband David and John Potenti III. Mrs. Potenti was the loving Nonnie to great-grandchildren Kristen (Kobylus) Abernathy and her husband Zach, Kourtney (Kobylus) Batot and her husband Will, Kelsey Hutchison, Stacey (Hutchison) Miscisin, David, Nicholas and Caitlin Emison and Joshua Potenti. Mrs. Potenti was the great-great grandmother to Justin Kobylus, Leonidus Emison, Hallie Baier and Shawn Miscisin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11:00am in St. Anthonys Catholic Church, 9th and Lehigh Streets in Easton. Private burial services will follow. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp.
