We are sad to announce that Emanuel (Mike) Papoutsidakis, 81, of Easton, peacefully passed away on April 2, 2021 surrounded by loved ones.

Emanuel, son of George and Constandina Papoutsidakis, was born in Athens, Greece on August 18th 1939.

He migrated to the United States in 1966 with his wife and settled in Easton, PA where he opened his family business, Mike's Steak Shop, for 21 years.

He was also a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Easton.

Emanuel is survived by his sister Erinni Tassou, his wife, Ekaterini Papoutsidakis of 60 years, his three daughters Constandina Papoutsidakis, Athena Hatzakos (Constandinos Hatzakos) and Georgia Nehme (Nehme J. Nehme). His nine grandchildren were his absolute joy; Vasili Skala (Sophia Skala), Katerina Skala, Manolis Skala, Despina DiBella (Dennis DiBella), Emanuel Hatzakos, Therese Nehme, Katerina Nehme, Alexandria Nehme, Joseph Nehme and his great-granddaughter, Katerina Skala.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp).
