Marietta DeLucia

Marietta DeLucia, 87, of Palmer Twp., PA passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at The Gardens at Easton. Born on February 18, 1939 in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Alphonso and Raphaela Cataldo.

She graduated from Irvington High School in New Jersey, class of 1957 and earned her Master’s Degree from Kean University. She was an elementary school teacher for 35 years at Irvington Elementary School. She was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church. Marietta also belonged to clubs at The Highlands at Glenmoor in Palmer Township. She enjoyed reading and taking care of her home as a wonderful homemaker.

Marietta is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Bernard DeLucia. She is also survived by her son, Mark DeLucia (wife Christina) of Wyoming, and her brother, Alphonso Cataldo.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) A memorial service will take place at 1:00 PM in the funeral home. Online condolences may be offered at www.morellofuneralhome.com
